Remember all those days ago I mentioned my knees hurt? Apparently, I’m not as smart as I look…Which really isn’t THAT smart.
I took a day off from exercise and tried “running” on Wednesday. It was a tremendous mistake. From step one.
The pain is worst first thing in the morning and eases through the day. It’s still pretty bad if I’ve been sitting longer than 15 minutes, though. It’s not a constant pain, either. Mostly I only feel it while standing from sitting, sitting to standing and during movement. It feels stiff while sitting, but no actual pain.
Took today off from “running” and wore a neoprene knee brace.
Here’s hoping by Monday I’ll be in “runnable” condition…
