The Neuse River Bridge Run 5k is in just 32 days…Just more than 4 weeks.
I’m in week 4 of Ease into 5k and may not finish the full program before the race. I think I’ll be okay, though. My race goal is to finish the 5k in less than 35 minutes and I think I’ll be just fine.
